Other Information
Family party
Once a year, we invite our staff and their families to a family party. There will be sushi, steak, delicious desserts, and lots of fun games, including a kids' bingo tournament and a grand raffle with prizes such as accommodation vouchers for our group hotels.
Company trip
We have an annual company trip. This allows employees to deepen their camaraderie, experience other hotels and inns from a guest's perspective, and apply that experience to their work.

Therefore, with the aim of enabling individuals to maximize their abilities and motivation, we have clarified the duties and responsibilities for each job type and position, and introduced a system in which both the individual and the organization can submit their desired goals, thereby ensuring a fair evaluation of abilities and results.

New employee training (new employee orientation)
This program is designed to equip new employees with the necessary hotel knowledge, a service-oriented mindset towards customers, and basic customer service skills such as polite language and etiquette.
Departmental training
We conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and programs tailored to each individual's work, organized by each department.

We aim to improve the skills and awareness necessary for managers through leadership, coaching, and management seminars.
Language Training

Childcare support system
To support both men and women in balancing work and childcare, we have established the following systems, which can be chosen according to the individual's wishes.
① Leave of absence or a system to reduce working hours by up to 2 hours per day during the period of childcare for a child under 1 year old.
② A system that reduces working hours by one hour per day during the childcare period for children aged 1 to preschool age.
③ Part-time work conversion system for employees with children aged 1 to preschool age (guaranteeing return to full-time employment and position after the period ends)

To ensure that guests staying at AoAwo Naruto Resort have a comfortable hotel experience, our staff works in various capacities to support the hotel.
We will introduce some of the job types.
bell
Bell staff, who greet guests with a smile at the main entrance, play a crucial role in creating the first impression of the hotel.
After checking in at the front desk, we will take care of your luggage and escort you to your room. We also offer valet service, where we will return your car to the main entrance during your stay.
Furthermore, we always make sure to ask guests in the lobby if they need anything or if there's anything we can do to help, such as offering to assist with commemorative photos.

The brief interactions with guests, such as check-in and check-out, are crucial as they represent the entirety of the hotel's image.
During check-in, prompt and pleasant service is required, taking into full consideration the fatigue of guests who have traveled a long distance.
We provide heartfelt hospitality 24 hours a day to ensure a more comfortable stay, including arranging rooms based on your requests and the composition of your party size.
 
Restaurant service
The hotel has five restaurants and bars, each offering a variety of cuisines in its own unique style.
While we certainly provide explanations of the dishes, we aim to create a special moment for our guests by communicating with them, so that they can experience not just a place to eat, but an extraordinary space like a resort.
