We want to share the charm and wonderfulness of the food nurtured by the climate and culture of Tokushima with as many people as possible. With that in mind, we named the abundant ingredients produced in Tokushima "Awa Food."

Tokushima Prefecture, bordered by the Harima Sea to the north, the Kii Channel to the east, and the Pacific Ocean to the south, has long been blessed with a rich variety of marine resources. Seafood caught in the strong currents of the Naruto whirlpools in the Naruto Strait is firm and delicious.
