★Fish dishes
Bouillabaisse saffron flavor of Naruto colored leaves sea bream and foot red prawns
It was sultry in white wine and spicy grass plumply and gave colored leaves sea bream and the foot red prawns which reached season. Please have it in the bouillabaisse-like source that extract and the saffron of fishery products are fragrant.
 
★Meat dishes
Roasted Awa tail chicken and duck breast ginger-flavored Porto wine source with roast chestnut
It is one article that plays field firing at low temperature, and finished regional chicken "Awa tail chicken" and duck breast softly. The source adjusted ginger to sweet Porto wine.
 
★Vegetable dish
Sauce of gurachine and pumpkin flavored with Awa vegetables madera liquor
It is the gratin which I let a seasonal pumpkin wear parmesan cheese and fresh cream and added a fried color to. Please have it with source of the madera liquor which is full of flavors and autumn Awa vegetables.
