Tokushima is proud of production of the national second place for celebrity as a production center of the lotus root. In the western part of Naruto-shi in particular, the lotus root field of the limit to look around spreads out, and a stork comes flying in 2015. After that farmers follow natural environments as a village bringing up a stork and perform the agriculture that is kind to a creature. The lotus root made in a field in consideration for environment becomes the brand called "a stork lotus root".

I prepared for a special event to go to dig this "stork lotus root" this time in aoao! At this opportunity, everybody, please comes and joins us.
